SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Oh how my husband loves my Grannie's Sweet Potato Casserole! We begged her for the recipe and she came through! And Just because I'm such a sweet person I figured I'd share it with the world!

Get cooking and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

2 CUPS OR 2 CANS SWEET POTATOES, MASHED
1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1/2 CUPS MILK
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA

TOPPING

1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1/2 STICK MARGARINE (OR BUTTER) - ROOM TEMPERATURE

MIX THE FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS WELL, ADD VANILLA.
PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH THAT HAS BEEN GREASED.
MIX MARGARINE(BUTTER), FLOUR, SUGAR AND NUTS TOGETHER AND
CRUMBLE OVER THE POTATOES. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES UNTIL DONE.
