Now this cake is sooo easy to make and absolutley wonderful! Oh the sweet goodness!
INGREDIENTS
2 boxes Instant French Vanilla Pudding
1 Medium Container Cool Whip
3 1/2 cups milk
1 box Graham Crackers
DIRECTIONS
Blend pudding and milk, then add Cool Whip and blend until smooth.
Line large pyrex dish or oblong pan with Graham Crackers (bottom and sides). Then add pudding/Cool Whip mixture.
Top with Graham Crackers.
Ice with chocolate (canned) icing. Place in refrigerator approximately 24 hours before serving.
Absolutely delicious!

Congrats on being featured! Eclair cake is one of the BEST things about life here in the South. That, and Banana pudding you can always count on to be at any pot luck. Slurp!!!
